What to expect at an IDINA Bride Fitting

An IDINA Bride fitting is unlike any shopping experience you’ll ever have. Here are just a few things to expect when you come in to find the one at IDINA

  • WELCOME: Upon entering your appointment, you’ll be greeted as we get to know you and your special guests. During this time we want to get to know you and what brings you to IDINA to help better curate your experience with us!

  • BROWSING THROUGH OUR INVENTORY: Prior to your fitting you’ll be whisked into our showroom where you’ll be able to personally hand select the gowns you wish to try on. We understand most shops don’t allow this, but we find it imperative that our brides visually see our collection first hand versus a stylist making a blind pick for you. Our stylist will also be pulling for you during your fitting to help navigate you to the right styles and fits. Don’t want to go through the trouble of looking through our racks? Allow your stylist to do pulls for you!

  • DESIGNER STYLISTS: Each IDINA stylist on our team has a fashion background and at least 5+ years of design experience. That means each stylist is comfortable and well trained in not only selecting the right styles for every body type, but can walk you through changes that can be made for your one of a kind gown. As well as help answer any questions regarding design changes for each gown. The dress hunt begins with an experienced and trained stylist. You can’t imagine what a difference it makes to have a stylist who knows what they’re doing!

  • SAMPLE SIZES: We try our best to be as inclusive as possible in carrying as many silhouettes as we can in a full range of sizes. Our current size range is 2-14 with select samples available in a 0 and 18. We have creative ways to help you try on the styles you’re hoping to try on even if they’re not the right size. We will usually have something very similar in the correct size range.

  • TIME: Is of the essence. We never try to rush any of our brides! We typically allow a 30 minute buffer between appointments so that if you go over your designated time slot, we have a little wiggle room for a bit of extra time, should you need it. Most brides need about an hour to try on a handful of styles and feel confident enough to say yes to the one! But we understand that some brides need more time to process their decision. If that’s you, we won’t remind you of how much time you have left for your appointment unless we have another appointment after you! So don’t feel like you need to rush or ask your stylist for the time. She’ll be on it in reminding you should we need too! Your focus should be on trying on our gowns and seeing how you feel with each one on.
